故障1.阀门电动执行器阀门填料处外漏

发生此类故障的原因有:①填料老化严重。②压盖螺栓没有拧紧或出现松动。
解决方法:①更换新的填料。②均匀的拧紧压盖螺栓。

故障2.端盖出现渗漏

解决方法:①检查螺栓是否松动,将其拧紧。②更换新的O型圈。

故障3.密封面发生渗漏

故障5.启闭到头了电机没停或者启闭不完全

发生此类故障的原因有:①极限开关失灵了或者是过载保护装置不准。②极限开关动作过早或反应太迟。

解决方法:①更换极限开关或者对过载装置做调整,保证度。②调整极限开关的反应速度。
